Phyllis H took Mr. Boots to her vet and he passed with flying colors. She reports, "Vet thinks tlc and food will
make a new cat out of him - that he has been in a stressed
condition for quite a while and needs peace and quiet."
That's great news. She got his claws clipped, he's eating and allowing her to love him. If TLC is what he needs, he's in the right place.
